My approach to therapy is relational and trauma-informed, meaning that building a safe, trusting and collaborative relationship is at the heart of our work together. As your counsellor, it’s my job to create a supportive space where you can look within, develop a deeper relationship with yourself, process difficult experiences, learn new skills, and celebrate your wins.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to best support your needs, with an emphasis on Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches.
